Hi!
I am a running a small luxury garment business and I'm about to launch my business. Since it's the first launch, the production is small and limited quantity. I anticipate that I will need some form to alert customers when an item is back in stock. Ideally I would like customers to be automatically signed up to my mailing list for marketing emails after they sign up for restock alerts. Are there any apps that easily integrate with shopify email?
I'm asking because many have recommended using klaviyo for back in stock alerts, but I'm finding it a bit confusing for setting up back in stock alerts and seamlessly integrating my shopify mailing list. Additionally I already created a bunch of automated marketing emails with shopify ready to work as soon as I launch. I don't want to start this entire process over again with klaviyo. I need a simple solution as a new shopify business, learning as much as I can as I go, but it can be overwhelming so I'm trying to simplify things at least for the beginning as I get a grasp of how everything works.
Thank you!!!

Hi @masha3,
Since you find Klaviyo a bit overwhelming and want to keep using Shopify's built-in tools for now, there are other options that might suit your needs better without requiring a complete shift to a new system.
Appikon ‑ Back In Stock - This Shopify app allows customers to sign up for email alerts when products are restocked. It's easy to use and integrates directly with Shopify's email management tools, which means you can keep all your marketing automation in one place without needing to switch to Klaviyo.
Back in Stock: Restock Alerts - Another great option that seamlessly works with Shopify. It lets customers subscribe to out-of-stock products and automatically notifies them when items are back in inventory. This app also provides options to customize email templates to fit your brand's style.
KB Back In Stock Restock Alert - This app automates the process of notifying customers when items are back in stock, enhancing your ability to recover lost sales. It includes features for sending notifications via email and SMS, and it allows you to fully customize the notification messages and buttons to match your brand's style.
Additional Tips:
By implementing a back-in-stock alert app, you can capture customer interest, reduce missed sales, and build your email list for future marketing efforts.
Good luck with your launch!

Hey @masha3! I'm Sandy, co-founder of Stoq - one of Shopify's top-rated apps for back in stock alerts and preorders. You're not alone in wanting a simple and straightforward solution for notifying customers when a product is out of stock. We work with hundreds of merchants everyday who are in the same boat as you.
Starting a business is hard enough as it is, and setting up the Klaviyo flow is quite cumbersome. So we took the pain out of it all with Stoq. 🙂
In just a few quick clicks, you can -
1. Add a customizable "Notify me when available" button and signup form to your out of stock products
2. Automatically notify customers when you restock products in Shopify admin via email and SMS.
3. Track your signups, notifications sent and sales recovered from our dashboard.
4. Automatically sync your customer data to Shopify, Klaviyo or any other marketing platform to re-engage your signups.
In your case, I'd recommend setting up Stoq, then using the app's features to collect your visitor's marketing consent and then syncing that data over to Klaviyo to re-engage them. There's no extra setup or new systems required; Stoq will fit right in with no custom changes or a developer needed.
The best part is we have a generous free plan & 24*7 support to help you any day, any time. And if you want to keep the app long term, mention "Shopify Community" in live chat and I'll get you a great discount!
