Are you experiencing issues with Bold Subscription App upgrades?

Hi everyone, 

I've noticed some changes to out Bold Subscription App and out RMR payments have not been taken. It is suggesting we need to upgrade, but cannot yet migrate - is anyone else experiencing these problems or can point me in the direction to obtain support?
