I stopped my plan from Dropified and this month you charged me once again for their services. I would like to be refunded - Dropified Fee.
I deleted the app from Shopify and again ??!!
Please refund me and stop the dropified subscription.

When canceling a third-party app subscription, the app needs to be uninstalled from the Shopify admin in order for billing to stop. Some third-party apps require an account or subscription to be set up outside of Shopify, so it's also important to cancel any external accounts you may have created. Is Dropified still listed under the Apps section of your Shopify admin?
If the app has been uninstalled, it's possible that the recent charge you received was the final charge, depending on the billing period and when the app was uninstalled. In any case, you can contact the app developer and they may choose to issue you a credit. Keep in mind that if the app was installed for most of the billing period in question, the app developer may refuse the refund request.
