Assistance Needed for Custom Shopify App Development

Hello,

I am currently developing a custom Shopify app and need some guidance on permanently inserting data into the HTML source code of my Shopify pages through the app. I have attempted to modify the HTML directly. Still, I am looking for a more integrated solution that allows changes to persist in the view source code, not just through inspect element modifications.

Here is what I am trying to achieve:

Insert custom data dynamically into the source code of Shopify pages using my custom app.
Ensure these changes are permanent and visible in the page's source code.

Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this through Shopify APIs or any other method? Any advice on best practices for this type of app development would also be greatly appreciated.
