Attached Images are not showing up in eBay Customer Messages?

Hi,

Can someone help to fix the issue of attached images not showing up customer messages? Many times customer complain about damaged product and they attached the images. We only can see the message in shopify but not the images. We have to open ebay messages to see the images.
