Auto repricing of products based on currency rates

Hi All,

Let me get straight to the point : My base currency in Turkey is TL (Turkish Lira). However since this currency is volatile and there are almost daily changes in TL/USD rate drastically, I would like to sell my products in TL, but have the prices  calculated and change automatically based on TL/USD daily rates since my cost is also is in USD. Can you please help me how to enable that ? 

Please note, that I cannot sell in USD as the local authorities mandate to publish product prices in Turkish Lira only.
