Auto reset stock level and more product options

Hey Guys! 

I'm currently working on a store for a bakery. The bakery has certain challenges to overcome and I'm looking for a plugin to help with this. Any advice would be much appreciated 🙂 

The first challenge is to reset the product quantity on a weekly basis. Essentially the bakery can only receive a set number of cake orders per week and they would like to automatically reset the quantity for their cakes every weekend. 

The second challenge is that they require lots of product variations as there are loads of cake flavors to choose from. I understand Shopify has a current limit of 3 options. 

It would be great if anyone could recommend any plugins/apps to resolve these issues individually or perhaps there's a single plugin that will help with both of these combined.
