Automatic discount app that allows free shipping

Hello, I have been searching for an easy to use automatic discount app that will allow discounts based on customer tags as well as a free shipping function (based on cart value) or allows the native automatic free shipping function to work. Seems silly to offer a platform as powerful as this and not allow these kinds of discounts etc natively like most other platforms.

Your app is exactly what I settled on yesterday. I am only using the discount based on customer tags though. I believe your automatic free shipping option is lacking what Shopify's native automatic free shipping discount has. I found quick that with my 3 customer tag based discounts your automatic free shipping feature when set to $100 minimum would use the original cart value to determine when to apply the Free Shipping whereas Shopify's feature uses the final discounted cart value which is what I needed. I also needed to make this based on country at the same time which I could do with Shopify's, but had to choose to use either a customer tag or country with yours. so in the end what would have taken me 9 total discounts in Regios Automatic Discounts I was able to do with 5 by splitting them. Thankfully your app does work in conjunction with the native Shopify Discounts and allowed me to achieve what was needed. Thanks for developing it

Actually, you don't have to "choose to use either a customer tag or country." Using our advanced logic builder, you can easily create conditions that check for multiple criteria at once.

Hi @tobebuilds you're absolutely right—Shopify’s native discount system is pretty limited when it comes to combining things like customer-based conditions and automatic free shipping. There’s no built-in way to apply discounts based on customer tags and trigger free shipping automatically in one place.

This isn’t something Shopify supports natively, but you can do it with Klip Coupons: Sales and Discounts. With Klip, you can create automatic discounts that are visible on the product or cart page, and set them to only apply for customers with specific tags. You can also create a free shipping discount that activates based on cart value, and show it the same way—without interfering with Shopify’s native shipping rules.

It’s a good way to run more personalized promotions without needing to manually manage codes or edit your theme.
