Automatic Discount, Offers, BXGY promotions not working with product options app

Hi

I have shopify store (in process of setup) - Aaratyafashion.com selling ethnic wear.
I'm unable to use both these apps together - Product options (https://apps.shopify.com/advanced-product-options) and AIOD (https://apps.shopify.com/all-in-one-automatic-discounts)

Any suggestions if i can use product options and discount apps together
