Autoresponder connection with Shopify App Store

Dear Community, 

We're looking for an autoresponder solution for our App on the Shopify App store. 

 Basically, we want to be able to have an automatic email go out to those who purchase the app after they have purchased it.

Does anyone have a suggestion or an idea?
