Avoid being charged for unused service

I signed up for ali express but in 5 minutes realized I have no use for this application. I canceled my subscription immediately. How can i avoid being charged for this service I will not be using?

To clarify, I'm unsure if you're trying to cancel your Shopify store subscription or just uninstall a third-party application from your store. It sounds like it may be the latter, for which you can follow these steps:



  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. In the row of the app that you want to uninstall, click Uninstall.
  3. In the message that appears, click Uninstall.

The majority of the time this should cease all further app charges for that application to your account, however, there are cases where you may have signed up with them directly or through a third-party portal. For that reason, it's a good idea to confirm app cancellation with the app developers directly. 


If you have already followed these steps and just want to clarify you won't be billed, then connect with the app developers regardless and they can clarify for you.
