B2B and wholesale solution with excel upload option

Hi,

I'm looking for an app for wholesale ordering with custom prices as well as drop ship orders that will allow customers to upload excel files with multiple orders to create in 1 upload. 

I attached a sample file for reference.

Can anyone recommend an app?

Why do you need such a complicated solution? Our app, https://apps.shopify.com/easy-catalogs, allows you to create a PDF catalog with custom/wholesale prices, which can then be shown as a PDF catalog with an integrated order form for submitting orders. Once you review the order, you can save it as a draft.
