B2B: You cannot create a webhook subscription with the specified topic

Good day, I need some help with something if anyone can help.

I'm trying to create a webhook for CUSTOMERS_CREATE and COMPANY_CREATE with no luck. I'm getting a messages "You cannot create a webhook subscription with the specified topic" looking at some of the other solutions they mention that I need to check the permissions, I've confirmed that I have the write_customers permission as required in the document. It's a development store that I'm using I've also checked that I have companies and customers setup on the store.

I've been able to solve my problem, double checking the session table, I see that the needed permission was not granted, I've made the needed update to get the permission granted and it seems to be working.

Hey, how you do this can you help me out this ,i have been stuck on this as i have no idea and i'm the beginner of shopify dev
