Baselinker does not collect customer data in the order

Hello,

I'm trying to connect and configure the connection between Shopify and Baselinker. Unfortunately, I have a problem. Baselinker does not collect customer data in orders from shopify such as address, name and surname, email, phone number, etc.

What could be the reason for this? Does the Basic plan prevent sending this data?

Hi, did you give a Baselinker app access to all the data it needs? Especially the customer data?
