Best App for customized invoices and accepting a deposit

Hello! I'm looking for the best app to accept a 50% deposit.

We sell custom-made products and charge a 50% deposit, then the remaining balance when it is ready to ship. We do custom orders, so I'm looking for the best app to really customize our invoice and only have to open a single order instead of doing a second order for the remaining balance. Additionally, we would like to give the customer the option to see the total price and shipping and choose to pay in full or the 50% deposit. Which app would do this best?
