Best App for products with many variants?

I tried Infinite Options but would really like the ability to adjust pricing with certain options. I need more than the 3 options that Shopify offers. I also tried Infinite Product Options but: 1. their dropdown menu doesn't look as clean as Shopify's or Infinite Options and 2. product options don't change the subtotal listed on the product page. There is simply a note to the right of each option that says "Option x with increase price by $50.00. 

Are there any apps that can change the price of the product on the product page as different options are selected? Similar to how Shopify's default options works?

A little late to the party, but did you manage to find such an app?
I tried several but I also need an app that changes the price based on the selection, like take over the prices that are listed in the Shopify product page.
