Sorry for the late reply, if you or anyone else out there is looking for a stock-taking solution for Shopify, you can use our "Stock Take" app. The app can count inventory, generate a valuation report, and correct any inventory errors in Shopify. Optionally, to speed things up, you can stocktake with a barcode scanner or your device camera, and use multiple devices at the same time.
