Best barcode app to pair with Stocky

Hello!

Was looking to see what barcode app would be the best to pair with Shopify's 'Stocky' app.  Essentially would like to be able to create labels, reduce order picking mistakes, be able to mesh well with inventory management.  For picking in a warehouse setting would you be using a handheld scanner or picking then going back to your POS system with an S740?  Thank you!
