Best booking app for Shopify

Hi all! I’m a product and service based business and I’m having a hard time figuring out the right app/way to integrate my calendar/booking link on my Shopify website… I’d ideally like all my payments to funnel through Shopify to keep things streamlined so right now customers can pay for my products and services (coaching set up as a product) on my website but on the coaching side… it feels really disjointed.

After someone pays for a coaching session on my website, they then book a time through Calendly. I have the calendar link on my product description page so people can "preview" my availability but it’s an open calendar so technically anyone could book without paying (I’m monitoring that).

I’m wondering if anyone knows of any apps or ways to integrate Calendly (or some other booking calendar) into my Shopify POS so a customer can do it all on my website.

OR is it better to set up the service side of the business as a landing page instead of product page and link out to Calendly, where they then pay. 

Any insights/tips/advice is appreciated!!

Hi there! This is SO helpful thank you! I am going to look into the built for Shopify app you mentioned. And good call on the landing page vs product page set up... I'd prefer to keep it set up as a product so think using an app sounds like the best way to go!

My name’s Léo, and I actually built an app a couple of years ago that does exactly what you’re looking for: it lets customers book a time only after they’ve paid, right from your Shopify store.
You can manage your availability, prevent unpaid bookings, and keep everything running through Shopify without needing to send people off to separate links 

That said, I’m not the only one with an app in this space which is actually a good thing! There are a few solid options depending on what works best for your workflow.

I also want to add that my app is not something that works with Calendly. It works on its own, no need to pay for Calendly.
