App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi community,
My goal is to have a few contact forms, each with a different purpose, but I need to be able to view who has sent in a request. I know the shopify forms app does this, however, I find it limiting in styling how I want it to look on the webpage.
I have seen I can use a "customer" form, which adds the result to the customer list. However, I have not managed to add phone and address information from this form on submit.
Can anyone guide me on what is the best approach with this where I have the flexibility of styling whilst being able to capture customer information?
Let me know if you need any further information from me.
Many thanks,
Alysha
@AlyshaJohnson If you need custom styling + saved responses, → Use HulkApps Form Builder.
If you want basic form tweaks inside Shopify → Modify customer.liquid.
If you want a free, easy solution, → Use Google Forms or Airtable.
Thank you for your response. I found a solution that I think will work.
