Billed for app that I uninstalled

Hi, I'm new to Shopify and was under the impression that if I uninstall an app that it should end my subscription and I should not be recharged. This seems to be the case from the research I've done. I found a thread in 2020 where a similar thing happened and the user was able to get a refund by talking to the app developers. The app is Shogun Page Builder and I'm certain I uninstalled it at least two days before the bill date which was on 2/11. Can someone please help?
