Birthday/Special Occasion Reminders for Gifting

Hi,

I would like to offer customers the opportunity to input the birthdays/special dates like anniversaries for friends and family, and send them an email reminder a few weeks before. I've looked at the app store but been unable to find anything that fits this purpose. 

In an ideal world, alongside the above I would like the option for customers to collate gift ideas for the people they have put the reminder dates in - a type of wish list for each person, so that when the reminder email is sent to them, I can also include the product ideas they've already selected.

I use Klaviyo for email marketing, integrated with my Shopify store.

Has anyone come across an app which has this functionality?

Thank you for your reply! These birthday apps are for a different approach - to collate the birthday of the actual customer to send them a gift. I'm looking for an app that enables the customer to put in important dates so I can send them reminders - so while birthday related, it's very different!

Have you come across anything that is suitable? I can't find anything myself in the app store so wondering if it's something I need to hack using Klaviyo forms? Anyone done this?

1. Use Klaviyo’s automation to set up reminder emails for special dates.

2. Create a custom collection or tag products as "gift ideas" in your Shopify store.

3. Include links to these collections in your reminder emails, so customers can easily browse and select gifts.

On a related note, if you’re looking for heartfelt messages to include in those reminder emails (especially for birthdays), I recently came across a website called Birthday Wish Marathi (you can search for it online). It offers a collection of emotional and creative birthday messages in both Marathi and English, which can add a personal touch to your emails. For example, they have special wishes for friends, family, and colleagues that can make your reminders feel more meaningful.
