Bogo where the lowest costing item is the free item

Hi I'm looking for an app that does a Buy One Get One Free but prices the lowest priced item as the free item. For instance if two items are placed in the cart - one is $30 and one is $28, the free item is the $28 item.

There is an option in settings > up-sale to make the discount apply on the cheaper item.

 I have to setup this king of promotion on my store:

"By purchasing 3 products to choose from a collection, the one that costs less is free"

I try SALLY but works with 2 products also... i need 3 products on chart of the same collection. Is possibile to setUP?
