Hey guys,

I was wondering if he other people already reached out BOLD to fix the 'login' issue on their loyalty app. It has been now almost 2 months that they are aware of the problem (that impact many many merchants) but constantly push back any actions to fix it (first they had to be focus on Black Friday, now there is an update of Shopify in January).

For those who do know the issue, the app cannot be used to convert points or get birthday bonus because it is asking for a login and password. BOLD recognise the issue but they do not do a thing to fix it despite a lot stores are impacted. This make the app useless and merchants are losing sales. It seems not to bother the dev more than that.

I was wondering why shopify let such an app on be installed if there is no correct technical follow-up from the dev. FYI, I spotted an English grammatical mistake in the loyalty widget almost 2 years ago and they never fixed it.

I was wondering if Shopify and all other stores can reach and flood the CS to push this bug on the priority patch list of the BOLD dev team. Also , I would like Shopify to shake up this company that developing a lot of app but do not have enough resources to offer a great technical follow-up (CS is OK, but CS are not dev).
