Breaking Update: Google Analytics 4 incompatible with Shopify app tracking

With the launch of Google Analytics 4, tracking IDs are no longer used. Instead we're provided with a 'Measurement ID'. The app listing page asks for a tracking ID and shows an error when you add this new measurement ID. I'm guessing that means it no longer works and GA isn't usable on app store listings anymore?

Hello mattdenoronha, I had a similar issue at work.
If you look in the google analytics site, you should still be able to use the old version of google analytics and, consequently, the tracking ID that you need. At least until the app that you use upgrades to GA 4?
