Build your store AI trouble

I can't have access to the AI store builder. Everytime that I click the install button it leads me to a page that says "sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". I already tried to eliminate cookies, tried different devices, browsers, incognito mode, and even got help from a Shopify assistant who was able to download and open the app without struggling, but the problem remained the same by my side. I didn't receive any email nor notification on the admin page reporting a specific problem or abnormality related to my account. Please help me with this

I would like to help in order to fix the issue.

Here are the steps you can follow or check either these steps are implemented or not.

1. Shop Status: Even though you didn't get a warning this issue usually happen when your store is Paused, frozen, or in trial mode with an issue. Sometime their billing problems cause issue.
2. Check that shop is closed or open OR disabled by Shopify.
3. Try other apps in your store to check it show the same error or not.
4. Check do you have collab access or you have logins of the store. [Sometimes due to limitations of permissions some features not work].

Please follow all the steps and I am waiting hearing from you.

Thank you for your attention. I'll ask for support to get my store checked to see if she's really paused. I tried to access "https://accounts.shopify.com/store-recovery" to get help and the page couldn't be found
