Building an App that has a custom Order Confirmation Page

Hi

We want to build a Shopify App that would allow a customer to edit their address if needed with our address lookup and verification service.

It would be a similar to https://apps.shopify.com/shipping-address-editor in terms of customising the order confirmation page and allowing the address to be updated.

I'm just not sure within the Shopify Dev Ecosystem what this app would be and what tools I would need to be using?

There are a lot of tutorials around for different things but I am unsure which of them I should be looking at?

Would I be using Polaris? Or App Bridge?

Any pointers would be appreciated 🙂
