Bunch of apps won't load, give 500 error

Any app that loads inside Shopify instead of redirecting me to an outside page won't work. When I try to visit the page it just says:

 

"There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later."

However, Shopify's status page doesn't say there's any known issues and there isn't one useful article on this topic anywhere in Shopify's support section.

Point of Sale won't load
Seal Subscriptions won't load
Corner Cart won't load
Instafeed won't load

etc, etc, etc I have like 15 apps that won't load all of a sudden

This applies to both Shopify Developed Apps and Third-Party Apps. Suddenly NO app that tries to load in Shopify will load

EDIT: I just learned that it's not just apps, none of my product pages will load either.

I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your site and third-party apps. We did have an outage earlier on our platform that was causing an error page to show when accessing it. It has now been resolved and you should have no issue accessing your site or third-party apps. You may need to clear your cache/cookies or browser data for your connection to reset.

Hi @Emily ,

 

I'm having a problem with my development app that just started this evening. For some reason, the embedded app no longer loads into the iframe. It's admin.shopify.com enabled and using AppBridge 3.0 as well. 

 

It looks like Shopify is trying to embed the app using HTTP instead of HTTPS, so the browser is blocking it due to a mixed content error.

 

Do you think this might be related to the earlier outage you mentioned?
