Bundler App stopping POS checkout completing

I have installed the Bundler App and added the tile to the POS but there seems to be a conflict and it stops the checkout from completing. Has anyone else had this issue running the POS on an ipad?

Any cooment or thoughts be very useful or an alternative app that will work with POS
