Buy Button Not Adding Items to Cart from Different Collections Until Page is Reloaded

I'm having an error with my embed Buy Button where I would add a product to cart from one collection on a page, it will then proceed to add the Item to Cart from the Entire Collection.

However, when adding an Item from a different embeded Buy Button with a different Collection it does'nt add the previous added item to cart from the previous collection & only displays one item in cart, when two items should have been added to the collection from the previous embeded buy button.

This problem is resolved when page is refreshed, but upon the first add to cart entry the problem presists.

How do I fix this problem?

The Buy Button is updated and I simply copied the code that the app created and linked into the website. Everything is up to date and problem presists on other devices as well as private tab.
