Buy More, Save More App/Add-Ons

Hey,
I'm looking for an app/add-on to achieve a "Buy More, Save More" widget. I'm in love with the attached design I found on multiple Shopify stores, unfortunately I wasn't able to detect the app with any tools such as Koala Inspector nor using Chrome Dev tool.

I can provide store's URL if needed, I'm not including it right now because I don't know if that would fits this forum policy.

I know that is not the exact design you expect, but you could create something similar within our app Quantity X.
