I'm looking for an app or that setting in my Shopify store.
For example.: I want to give free T-Shirt for free if customers pay over 50dollars.
In automatic discounts, I can see that is the only option for the same product.
I want option that, customers can select any one product of selected collection he can get free in cart or payment page.
Are there any apps like this?
It is possible to set up a Buy X Get Y automatic discount through the Shopify admin, where a customer can purchase any item from within a specified collection, and then be eligible for 1 free specified product. It does not have to be the same product. The easiest way to show you how to do this is through a screenshot from Discounts > Create discount > Automatic discount. The screenshot below labels the steps you need to follow to set up this type of discount:
In steps 5 and 8, you will need to either search and select, or browse and select the collection / product you would like to include in the discount.
Note that in order for this discount to work, the customer will have to add the free product to their cart themselves. This means they'll have to add a product from the collection under Customer buys (X), as well as the free product under Customer gets (Y) for the discount to work as expected. Products cannot be automatically added to their cart through the natural Shopify admin.
Alternatively, if you would like this free product to be automatically added to their cart, you will require the use of an app.
2. Use an app from the Shopify app store.
As I mentioned, if you would like the free product to be automatically added to your customers cart once they select a product from the applicable collection, you will need to use an app. Here are some options from the app store that have this feature:

You should give it a try to the app iCart Drawer Cart Upsell. This app gives an automatic discount of free product over certain amount that you have set up in the app. But it will give only one product instead of giving the option to select any one product from the collection.

Could you explain to me why the customer has to put in the product itself? It totally defeats the purpose of automation. If such an automated discount is running, there is no notification anywhere in the store. It's great because so customers will discover this deal only by accident. In a time where we try to eliminate clicks for an optimized UX in web stores, this function forces the customer to an Easter egg hunt. Shopify's Mission statement is "Make commerce better for everyone." This particular function is making it worse for everyone. As for now, it is either not thought through or the development has not been completed because it´s missing a few levels of customizability. Out of marketing goggles this feature was only developed for Shopify´s internal Marketing purposes but is useless in the real world.

Are you currently using an app as a solution for this issue? Are there any limitations you are faced with because you are using an app? I'd love to hear more about why this solution isn't working for you, as I can pass this feedback onto our development team. As mentioned in my reply, at this time, the best way to have products automatically added to a customer's cart is through the use of a third party app.
As for notifications regarding automatic discounts in your store, have you looked into using your announcement bar at all? This is a great way to share information with your customers, as they know to look there for promotions and details regarding these promotions.
