Can an app activate daily evening discounts on a specific product collection?

Hello,

I wonder if there is an app, that allow me to every evening between 18:00-23:00, activate an automatic discount code, and then stop it again after 23:00.

Then next day again, start the automated discount code from 18:00, and stop at 23:00, and then again and again every day. On a specific collection of products. 

Or anything similair, any ideas?
