Can an app automatically feature different artists and their sales weekly?

Hello Shopify forum members,

Our shop has many different artists who contribute and we sell their products for them. Each artist has their own collection.

What we are looking for is a way to have an "Artist of the Week" feature, where it pulls from one of the artist collections at random, displays it prominently on the homepage, and sets their products for sale at a certain percentage (non-stacking). 

It is important that it only does certain collections we define (so as to not do shirts or phone cases, we only want artists), and to be automatic without us having the do it manually every week.

Is there an app that can do this available?
