Can an app share a message on Whatsapp for visitor discounts?

Hello,

Is there an app that allows the visitor to share a ready made message on Whatsapp and earn, for example, discount code? It could work like that: when the visitor comes to specific page on my website, a pop-up window appears with a Whatsapp sharing button and after sharing he will receive a discount code.

There is one very similar but without Whatsapp.

You can't know if the user has shared the message on WhatsApp. But in the same vein, you can offer 10% off if the user subscribes to your WhatsApp newsletter and then use it to share new products, exclusive offers, stock returns...
