Can anyone help solve my disappearing chat bubble issue on Debut theme?

Hello everyone.

In this way, I would like to ask a question, but also to express my great dissatisfaction with the current situation with Shopify support, which is getting worse every day.

Long story short, I'm still using the old Debut theme and I noticed that a while ago the Shopify Inbox stopped working, actually the chat bubble just disappeared. I contacted support and after a few days I got a reply that it was another app's fault and that I should contact them.

I immediately understood that it was a lie because they referred to a certain piece of code that was allegedly added on April 15th, but in fact nothing was added to that app for 9 months and the problem with the Inbox app itself started long before that date.

However, I contacted the support of the mentioned app and received a response which I'm attaching with the correspondence with Shopify support.

The incompetence and hypocrisy of Shopify, as disgusting as it is to me, surprises me less and less because apparently the greed for profit has long since taken hold.

My question is, does anyone in this fantastic community have a similar problem and possible solution?

Definitely recommend checking out Tidio or Gorgias who have much more features, and can scale with you as you grow
