im looking for a live chat app recommendations

 

I have 4 Shopify stores and i would like to have one live chat which allows me to speak to customers

 

is this possible? If so can anyone recommend any good apps?

We use tawk. It should let you do what you want.

And it's free.

I'd also recommend Chaty - you can add up to 20+ social and communication channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, etc to give customers a chance to chat with you on their favorite apps.
