Additionally, I recommend contacting the app developer directly for clarification on the apps capabilities. For example, Wholesale Gorilla states they do support multiple languages but does not indicate whether Arabic is one of them. To contact an app developer, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Get Support.
