Can anyone recommend an app for automatic inventory restock?

Hello!

I am looking for an app that will automatically restock a listing at scheduled times? Like at midnight, 8am and 8pm it will restock a preset quantity of 1 listing without me having to go in and restock it 3 times a day. Thank you so much for any help!

Would this be a CSV import or simply scheduled restock…really cool idea for an app.

Hey there Kyns,

We have an app EZ Inventory that might be able to help with this, though I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for as it does require a source file.

One possible workflow I can think of is something like this:

1. Create a Google Sheets spreadsheet with a single column for the SKU (or Barcode/Variant ID).

2. Create a shared link of that spreadsheet with public-view permission.

3. In EZ Inventory, simply paste the Google Sheets URL, specify the field mapping for the SKU, and then set a fixed value for the inventory quantity to 1 in the app (you can also create a separate quantity column in your spreadsheet and use that instead if preferred).

4. Schedule it to run Daily at a specific time (you can create 3 separate Data Feed configurations scheduled to run at midnight, 8am, and 8pm).

The downside of this approach is when you add new items in Shopify, as you'll also have to remember to update the spreadsheet.
