Can anyone recommend an app for booking and monthly payment management?

Hi Everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me? I'm starting up a weekly drawing class every Wednesday which I want to charge for monthly. However, I would like my customers to be able to go onto my website and to book and pay for multiple days they can attend in one particular month. I also want to be able to send an automated email to remind them a week before the end of each month to book and pay for the following month. Is there an app out there that could help me do all of this, or at least the booking and purchasing side of things? Many thanks in advance 😊

You can use Sesam.

Please take a look at how Hydrow is doing the same by letting customers book a 3 session package, using Sesami.

For the reminder, the simplest way would be to tag your monthly members and then use your email automation app, send an email every 3rd week of the month.

BookThatApp supports the creation of courses, which is a pre-set series of events that can be attended by a group of students.  You can see an example on our demo store.   The app also supports sending out automated reminders via email or SMS either before or after an event.  

The purchase side of things is managed via Shopify.  In the example above, the customer would purchase the Course in one transaction and be registered into each individual event in the course.    There are also several Shopify apps out there that support subscriptions so you may wish to check out the Shopify app store.

How lovely that you're offering drawing classes! Since the pandemic began there has been such a rush to return to art and practice, so I'm sure you'll find plenty of people wanting to invest time in learning to draw - I know I do!

I understand what it is you're looking for, and there are plenty of booking apps in our app store such as Sesami or Hydrow mentioned by @Ehsan_Khakbaz  However, I would join @CST in recommending BookThatApp which seems to suit your needs. I'd always recommend having a proper look at the website of the app and maybe checking in with the developers directly if possible.

If you were thinking of running your classes as a complete course, as opposed to a casual drop-in/out model, then we do have tips on selling courses on Shopify.

I'm only just catching up with the replies I've had to my question. Thank you so much for all your advice 😊 You've all been so helpful. I'll take a look at the apps mentioned and then will post which one I decide to use.
