Can anyone recommend an app for calculating meat weight in cart?

Hello, I have a client that sells meat and offers free shipping after 20lbs.  However, it's hard for the person checking out to know how much weight they have in their cart and therefore how much more weight they need to achieve the 20lbs. Do any of you know of a Shopify app that would help with that? Thank you so much!

Hello and thank you for your reply @Propero. I have a question on this note under Solutions "3. Configurable text as note to show in cart and checkout"... When you say configurable does that  mean it can automatically show the total weight in the note (ie 3lbs per product times 4 products in the cart would mean the cart has 12lbs total) or is it just a note that will show the same for all items? Our client offers free shipping at 20lbs so we are trying to find a solution that will automatically calculate that for the customer at checkout or in the cart. Thank you so much!
