Can anyone recommend an app for custom label design on Shopify?

Hello!

I'm trying to find a needle in a hay stack. I work for a label company and we'd like to move to Shopify, but we need people to be able to input custom sizes for labels, have those custom sizes pull from a size chart for pricing, and allow people to upload their own artwork (and have it appear in the product window) to provide a proof. Would also REALLY like if there were options for people to create their own designs (upload their own logo, add in text, add in provided backgrounds, customize colors, essentially designing their own labels and stickers). 

Is there an app that does this already? 

I know I can piece together some apps to make some of this happen (file uploads, customize products of specific sizes, etc)

@RMC612 Which apps you have explored? If possible, list down the apps, based on that I can suggest you if there is any other app you should go with or build a custom private app.
