Can anyone recommend an app for fixed deposit payments?

Looking for an app or plug in that allows our store to take a fixed deposit of £30 when they order online and then pay the remaining balance when they pick up their order. 

I can't seem to find anything other than it taking a % deposit of the total of the cart which is not what we are looking for.
