Can anyone recommend an app for highlighting general shop reviews?

I'm looking for an app that will help me highlight shop reviews, not necessarily attached to a specific product. For example: on my Etsy shop, when someone makes a purchase, they can review it and it will show up on my "homepage". It isn't attached to the specific product that they purchased. I sell jewelry and most is one of a kind. I'm looking for an app that will allow me to JUST put some reviews at the bottom of my homepage. I do not want the stars or reviews attached to every product. Thanks!
