Can attributes be controlled for script tags from the script_tags API?

I'm having to introduce a new cookie consent form to our site. As part of this we need to add attributes to any script tag which sets a cookie which inlcudes the script tags loaded from apps coming from the scipts_tags api. Is anyone aware if you can control the way a script tag coming from the script_tags api should be rendered? I can see theres a limited set of attributes you can set up in the api so I think theres nothing I can do on that end.
