Can custom templates be recovered after Order Printer App reinstallation?

The order printer app was accidentally uninstalled.   Upon reinstall all of our custom templates are gone.

Are these stored anywhere in the shopify code that we can do a recover/restore from?

What a miracle, just wanted to use Order printer and noticed alle my templates are gone with the wind. How to get them back? Didn't uninstall, didn;t make any adjustment at all!  help!

This just happened to me, too.  I'm furious and currently chatting with support.  This is extremely messed up and unprofessional.  And of course they're saying "we don't make changes without checking with the store admin first".  Well... ya did!

This just happened to one of our stores as well - in the middle of processing orders and boom, all their templates just disappeared.  Did they happen to give any advice on how to recover them?

They said that multiple customers reported it, so it's a known issue they're working on.  I guess we have to wait.  😞

It's Sinterklaas in the Netherlands, where I live, meaning kids receive presents, a bit like Christmas. Well. I happen to see all of my templates restored this very minute. This is what I always wanted for Sinterklaas 🙂 Are you all as happy as I am ?

Ah yes, mine are back too! I wouldn't say I'm happy as it shouldn't have happened to begin with.  But I am glad and thankful that they fixed it fairly quickly.

Feared I would have to reprogram it all (quit complex in my case), could
take two days (mulktil=ingual also).
I am making copies now, so it won't be a problem anymore. You're right,
it should never have happened. Have a good night!
