Is there any useful app available for customer order management, which helps the customer to cancel, return and reorder the product they have bought. It would be highly appreciable if customer could do it from their dashboard rather than sending mail to shop owner regarding those criterions.

To achieve these features, the usage of third-party apps seems like the easiest way.
You could take a look at an app named Orderify. This app will let customers edit, cancel, and reorder on the order confirmation, status page or everywhere they can see an order.
