Can GemPages or Shogun design reusable landing page templates?

I started using GemPages to design some landing pages. Great stuff, but as far as I can tell you cant design Templates for e.g. pages with GemPages. The same limitation seems to exist for Shogun, and a quick search in the app store yielded no hits for a graphics/WYSIWYG template editor.

The functionality I am looking for is a quick way to reuse and collectively edit common parts of landing pages, basically a template. Maybe there is a way to achive this with GemPages I am missing?

Does anyone have suggestions for an app that can do what I am looking for?

I understood that you want to have a layout that is generally used for landing pages, where some of the content is the same and others vary from one landing page to another.

Unfortunately, Gempages does not have a such function to meet your expectation yet.
I have well-noted the idea and will share this suggestion with the product team for further development.

There's an alternative option you can consider using:
After building the template for which you want to use the layout for multiple landing pages, please export that template to the library.
Then on landing pages that want to use the same layout above, kindly insert the template from the library and edit the content accordingly.
