I am wanting to send my orders direct to my suppliers. However, since they are personalised, the supplier needs to see a logo that is uploaded by the customer and the mock up created by TeeinBlue app.
How do I get these images onto the email that is sent when I press the request fulfilment button?
Hi @Beyondrealmsva 👋 this can vary drastically depending on HOW/WHAT is collecting the personalization info.
It it's a theme customization or app that uses line-item-properties, or cart.attributes, the notification template needs to be customized to use those (line.properties in line properties variables or attributes in order properties variables ; see docs below).
Some apps may put the info in metafields, or metaobjects, or as CSV export, or only store the info in the app itself in which cases it needs to be investigated via the apps docs or contact that third parties support.
