Hi!
Does anyone know if it is possible to insert a product with each order automatically?
Let's say a customer buys a product on my store, can I insert (without them knowing) a postcard as a gift for when they receive the product?
Maybe with the Shopify Flow App ? But I'm not seeing the option and I don't find a good tutorial 😕

Yes we use a fulfillment center and we already have our postcards printed. We need to letting know to the fulfillment center to add a postcard in all orders as a packaging insert.
As you can see on www.pisqueya.com we are selling hot sauce.

Do you use Shopify fulfillment or a third-party fulfillment center? If you use Shopify's fulfillment center, I would happily provide the steps to add this gift to your packages. If you use a third-party fulfillment, you will need to contact them directly for instructions on how to do so.

No, at the moment we are using another provider for the fulfillment but why not consider shopify if it is more interesting for us. I will do some research on this subject thank you.

Hello, I am currently considering the SFN although I want to make sure that I’m able to add inserts with my package is at the center before I do so is that something that can be done easily?

I've built a Shopify App designed to handle what happens between the time an order is placed on Shopify and it's imported and fulfilled by your 3PL. Custom Packaging and Marketing inserts shouldn't only be available with certain fulfillment partners.
It's unlisted at the moment, but if you message me here or email me at Tom@PackLabelShip.com with your shop link and desired use case I can send you a link to download it and get you all setup.
You can see a screenshot of our 'Rules' UI below. This one is adding the 'Marketing Insert November' SKU to every order between now and December 1st.
We call a fancy algorithm to figure out the best custom box to add to the order, but we also have these simple rule types:
• Add Product to every order
• If order contains Product A, add Product B
• If order value is greater than $X, add Product A
• If order contains an item with a specific tag or collection, add a Product
